Powers
Almost all forms of powers are allowed on the Station as they are in canon, but be warned: some may be met with a reaction from the Crew of the Station or perhaps even the Station itself. Some may be met with lasers. Gryf appreciates the Station's internal defenses.

Some powers such as time-related powers, summoning powers, dimension creation, universe hopping, any sort of teleportation beyond short distances, and a few others will be dealt with as necessary. Many of these possibly universe-breaking powers may not function due to the Time Rivers or will have an unusual effect. If you have any concerns, please contact a mod.

Activity Checks
Currently, we have no AC, but the below AC will be reinstated in the upcoming months as we grow in size once again:

Activity Check will be posted at the beginning of every other month on thestation_ooc. You must have 1 post or 10 comments within the month to pass AC. A warned list will be posted after each month's AC has been up for 5 days for players who have not posted to the AC or whose activity is insufficient; you will have 3 days from the date the warned list is posted to make AC.

If your character appears on the warned list, the required activity will double for the second month to make up for the failed month. If you do not meet them again for a second month, you will lose your claim on that character. If someone wishes to app that character during your failed time, they may. You may regain claim over them by successfully passing AC. If there is no action from you for three months, you will be removed from game at that time.

If you have concerns regarding AC, or if life circumstances have prevented you from making AC or posting a formal hiatus, please contact the mods and a solution can be discussed.

Characters
Any character that would be normally be considered 'over sized' will be required to have a human-sized body as the Station is limited in height and we would like everyone to be able to play equally. When a character's app is posted who falls in this category, they may chose an alternate body to meet this restriction.

Any canon character or original character is allowed. Our apologies, but 'alternate universe', 'fandom' or 'canon OC' characters are not allowed.

We currently have a limit of three characters per player. A new character can be apped once per month but only after you have successfully cleared AC with all current characters. If you are on the warned list, even if you pass the AC, that is not considered cleared for a new character.

Applications for original characters will be judged far more stringently than canon characters. Please do not think we are being unfair - we have no limits on how many OCs may be apped into game so we want an OC to be of excellent quality. We ask you think well on an OC before submitting your application.

IC =/= OOC, Behave Yourselves, and Other Things that Should be Common Sense
We expect people to behave themselves in this game and act with common sense. What happens between characters stays between characters - there will be times when one character may be nasty and vicious to another but it is not meant for the player! (Of course if you believe you are being attacked in any way, please contact a mod so we can address the situation.)

Keep crit constructive. We will NOT tolerate people posting nasty comments about other players on any medium (anoncomms, plurk, HMDs, etc). This is supposed to be a friendly game with mature players, not a bunch of gossiping children. There's a big difference between "You may need to work on X because it isn't coming across like I think you want it to." and "Why the fuck do you do X because you're terrible at it." Please think before you hit post.

God-modding is not allowed. Speak to another player about controlling their character in any way during your post, please.

Hiatus
If you need to temporarily leave the game, please post a hiatus comment on the OOC comm. We allow hiatuses without extenuating circumstances up to a month long. If you require more time than that, please speak with the mods. We know people need to move, or get deployed, or have some tough times and need a longer break - again we are human, just come talk to us. You are not required to post anything during an AC while you are on hiatus.

Age Restrictions
While there is no age limitations for characters, we do require any player to be over the age of 18.

Mature Themes/Ratings
We allow any rating in this game, but there are some restrictions. ANY mature content must be beneath a cut and properly labeled as such. We have no particular issue against any kink or whatever you could plan to do, but the one we DO have issue with and will ban players for posting is pedophilia. Please do not play out sexual scenes with characters under the age of 16 in any of the game comms, thank you.

Also, any mature content MUST be f-locked to the comm.

Fourth Walling
Fourth Walling is on a player by player basis. Please ask a player before you proceed to fourth wall them. No player shall be forced to accept being fourth walled, but we are also aware some players highly enjoy it. Make mature choices when it comes to this, please.
